K-Lines Burning Desire (Cayenne), SH
(00'NFC FC Maxx's Surprise x Flinkers Ho Lot A Rosie, MH)
Cayenne 9-5-04
Cayenne became a part of the family as a four year old in 2004.  She
was bred by trainer John Flink of Monday Lake Kennels out of his
Master Hunter bitch,
Flinkers Ho Lot a Rosie and the 2000 National
Field Champion,
Maxx's Surprise (Prize). Prize is from the breeding
of
2x NAFC, 2x CNAFC, FC Ebonstar Lean Mac and
FC-AFC-CNFC-CAFC Chena River No Surprise, which produced
many talented and titled offspring.

Lean Mac was, of course, the most prepotent sire in modern
Labrador history and has had by far the most offspring entered in
every national field trial event for the past several years.

Chena River No Surprise herself has produced many titled dogs,
including FC-AFC Chena River Chavez (full brother to Prize), among
others.  One only has to look at Prize's pedigree to realize he comes
from some of the finest working lines today. Prize passes along his
heritage in his pups as well and has produced many talented, titled
dogs.

Cayenne's mother was a Master Hunter whom I've had the pleasure
of watching and learning from over the past 6 years.  She was my
trainer's main AKC Hunt Test dog, having just recently passed away,
and she was the first dog I ever watched run a triple and a blind
when I got my introduction to hunt tests from John Flink. Rosie
produced many fine hunting, companion and Hunt Test dogs in her
day and was always a pleasure to watch, whether in training or at a
test. She was a loving, hard-working girl with an outstanding
marking ability.

Rosie's dad was FC-AFC Honest Abe, himself a very prepotent
producer of fine working Labs.  Her mother was a QAA bitch out of
NAFC-FC Trumarc's Zip Code and FC-AFC-CFC Hillock's Spice.

In short,
Cayenne's pedigree is chock full of field trial champions! As
well, Cayenne herself is an AKC Senior Hunter. She is a super
friendly, 68lb. girl,
OFA Good, CERF clear, CNM clear, EIC clear, who
lives to retrieve, whether at a hunt test or while pheasant or duck
hunting.

Cay has produced several litters with offspring running in Hunt Tests
and excelling at hunting. I have her daughter Gumbo, JH and her son
Moss, an HR running now at MH level is on my started dogs page.
